APS Communications congratulates senior designer Joshua Howard for being awarded a grant from The National Geographic Society's Expedition Council!

Let It Rain!

APS Communications will be one of many partnering organizations coming together to build a rain garden for Tates Creek Middle School.

The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), the national lawn and landscape association, is holding a nationwide Day of Service on April 22, 2009. As a member of PLANET, United Landscape Services is partnering with Bluegrass Rain Garden Alliance to help educate and instruct the public and educators, as well as implement the construction of a rain garden at a Fayette County school.  APS Communications is raising awareness for the event as well as printing t-shirts.  Contact us to learn more.

Raising the Grade

On Sunday, April 19, Keeneland will host the “Grade One Gamble,” a live money handicapping contest that will send three people to the 2010 DRF/NTRA National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas.

APS Communications is proud to be the provider of the beautiful “Grade One Gamble” contestants’ jackets.  It’s not hard to see the great work we do in the 92,000-stitch embroidery job on the back of these jackets!

Head Designer Joshua Howard was recently commissioned to design a Gallopalooza horse in Louisville, KY! This is a great honor as the final life-size horse design will be made available for viewing at receptions & parades throughout Louisville and will be permanently on display in the location of the sponsor's choice. He was commissioned by Monroe Shine Accounting Firm & American Founders Bank.
